Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

No – please ensure that the address is correct at time of order placement.

Yes – please ensure that the address is correct at time of order placement.

Can I include a gift card with my order?

Our suppliers are not able to include a gift card with your order – Sorry.

Can I order by post or fax or phone?

Our order systems are automated so normal orders are processed through the web site only. If you have a special order and wish to discuss quantity discounting – please use the Contact Us page and we will respond.

Can I request faster shipping?

No – the cost of faster shipping is excessive compared to the special low cost that we are selling our products.

Do you have a store I can visit?

We do not have a store as we sell on the internet only to keep the price competitive.

Do you share my personal information with other organizations?

We do not like spam mail ourselves so will not sell your information, or pass it on to other organizations.

Do you ship to a PO address or PO box?

Yes – as we use a postal service for delivery, we can sent to a PO box address.

How can I contact PayPal by phone?

PayPal contact details are on their web site for your relevant country.

How can I find out what my shipping/handling charges are before I place my order?

You will see the total cost of your order before you commit to buy, You can stop at any point prior to final payment.

How do I get a receipt for my order?

Your receipt will be generated by the PayPal system at the time of order processing.

How do I pay if I have no Pay Pal account ?

You can open a PayPal account immediately from our checkout page, at the time of processing, or with PayPal here. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit or debit card during the checkout process.

How much does delivery cost?

Your shipping charges will be shown at time of checkout, prior to making payment.

Is there any discount for bulk/volume purchases?

My order has not arrived, what shall I do?

Expect 3 to 5 days for US Domestic shipment and 10 to 20 days for International shipment. If you product has not arrived in that time frame – Contact Us

My payment was not successful, what shall I do?

Open your PayPal account and check if the system shows your new order and payment. If it does not, then replace your order with us or use the Contact Us page.

What additional payments can be incurred?

There are no additional payments incurred after you have been given the product cost for the number of units ordered and the shipping/handling cost.

What if my items are not in stock?

We will have a notice on the site if stock is out, or you will be advise at time of checkout – before you make a purchase.
